[8/26] ANOTHER UPDATE: Only 3 more posts to bring back to life!! Then some new posts, and a giveaway to celebrate!
UPDATE: My blog is coming back to life [slowly]! I am re-uploading my pictures and working from my oldest posts to my newest. So I hope to be up and running very soon :]
HELP! I accidentally deleted my flickr account :[ I don't think there is much hope for me, but if anyone has any suggestions I'll take them! I tried to change my primary email address and it told me that another flickr user already had that email address - meaning I had 2 flickr accounts, 1 I used and 1 I didn't. Long story, short - I deleted the wrong one!
So sad, now entering a period of mourning...

Oh No!! I did a google search to see if there was a code or a tech-y way to undo the deleted account, but it looks like Flickr means business when you want your account deleted and there isn't a way to get it back. My sympathies to your poor deleted flickr account.
ReplyDeleteOh no!! Maybe you could contact Flickr and beg? Maybe they could at least get your photos back up. It wouldn't hurt to ask. I've had some luck with asking for things I never thought I would get, and now that is my moto. Definitely ask. :) I hope they can get it back for you!! And if not, I hope the rebuilding process isn't too painful. This really stinks!! :(

ReplyDeleteBoo! So sorry :( I know it's zero help now, but in the future, I use a service called Backupify that backs up my FB, flickr, gmail, etc. accounts. When I signed up it was free, not sure if it still is. Hope the Flick staff can help you!
